Is PhiBoard really free?

Yes! PhiBoard is completely free for all users - no limits and no hidden fees.

Can I use PhiBoard at school?

Yes. PhiBoard is free for schools and teachers too. It runs in the browser, so you can use it on an interactive whiteboard, on a computer connected to a projector or on school computers - without installing anything. You don't have to invite anyone: you can simply teach on a board the whole class can see. If you want your students to work along with you, share a public board with them via a link - they join as guests, without creating an account. After the lesson you can email them the board as a PDF.

What's the difference between math and business tools?

Math tools include drawing shapes, charts and formulas. Business tools include mind maps, diagrams and SWOT, Business Model Canvas or Kanban templates.

Can I collaborate with others in real time?

Absolutely. Invite participants to a board and all changes will be visible to everyone instantly. You choose how the board works: either one person holds control and the creator hands it on, or everyone edits at the same time, up to five people at once.

What is the knowledge base?

Free online maths courses: from primary school, through secondary school, up to technical university level. The school courses follow the Polish core curriculum. Lessons explain where formulas come from, with drawings and step-by-step worked examples, and you can download each one as a PDF. No account needed.

Do I need to install anything?
