Account and data deletion
You can request the deletion of your PhiBoard account together with all associated data (profile, boards, contacts) at any time.
How to delete your account?
- In the PhiBoard mobile app: the "Account" tab → "Delete account" → confirm with your password. The account and its data are deleted immediately.
- If you do not use the mobile app, email office@phiboard.com from the address your account is registered to, with the subject "Account deletion" — we will delete it within 14 days at the latest.
What will be deleted?
We delete the account and its associated data: email address, username, profile picture, bio, contact list, created boards with their content, and push notification tokens. Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting documents related to payments) is kept for the period required by law — see the Privacy Policy for details.
